What is the best age for heirloom portraits?
Approximately ages 9 months to 12. When considering my own children, I have realized that in a few years I would have wished I had. Even “big” kids will soon seem as though they were little. My only requirement is babies must be able to sit up on their own.
What is the booking process?
Sessions are offered on selected dates. Dates and sign ups are released via Lynnesy’s newsletter.

What should my child wear?
Please select whites or pale, pastel colors as they photograph best for a clean, vignetted look. Think dresses, collars, special occasion outfits, lace, ribbon, smocking, and Peter Pan collars. Examples- Feltman Brothers, Strasburg Children, the Edgehill Collection, The Beaufort Bonnet Company, Dondolo, Little English, Cecil and Lou, and Bailey Boys.
What is your cancellation policy?
A non refundable sitting fee is required at booking to reserve your date and time. In the event of sickness, the fee may be rolled over to the next available session.
What is included in my session?
The sitting fee includes up to fifteen minutes of shooting per child. Each child receives a proofing gallery option to purchase products à la carte. Digital images are only available to purchase after the purchase of products.
What if my child does not do well?
In all my years of photographing children, I have never given up. I have toys, jokes, and a calming presence to ensure children are comfortable. Almost always, you leave your session having a difficult time narrowing choices down.
